This weekend, I met the smilingest, happiest, 4 month old baby that I have had the pleasure of photographing…oh, and her parents too :)!

I met Yan and Natalie at a wedding a few years back where Yan was the best man.  So it was a real pleasure to catch up, and to meet the lovely Gabriella for the first time at their beautiful North End apartment.  Gabby came armed with a large stack of personalized pink outfits, and a Mom who was not afraid to use them!  Properly suited up, she was ready for her debut in front of the camera.  We began in Mom and Dad’s bedroom, where Gabby cuddled with Mom, and nestled into the big, soft, pillows on the bed.  The across the hall into Gabby’s room, where she continued her tour-de-cuteness on a pink floor rug and in a rocking chair with her favorite bear.  Downstairs, we took advantage of the great light in the living room to capture more smiles, then I climbed out on a narrow ledge above the living room to document that Gabby’s great smiles are hereditary.  After a quick stop on her 4 legged brother, Colby’s, favorite spot, the whole family bundled up against the brisk fall air, and we headed outside.  First we headed down the awesome brick alleyway behind their apartment, where Gabby was tolerant enough to allow us to pile leaves around her, then we headed down to Christopher Columbus park where Gabby gave one final effort of cuteness before an uncontrollable urge to nap took over.
